About the Event
Salama means health, peace, and safety in Malagasy, the national language of Madagascar. Salama-O-Rama is Conservation Fusion’s annual gala and global fundraiser, uniting people in Omaha with communities in Madagascar and around the world. Together, we celebrate the power of One Health—the vital connection between people, wildlife, and ecosystems. This high-energy evening will feature live entertainment, handcrafted goods from Madagascar, global connections, and a live auction to support urgent conservation and education initiatives. Guests will enjoy catering by Dolomiti Pizza & Gelato, paired with beer and wine. Whether you attend in person or participate online, you’ll be part of a movement that plants seeds of hope for people and the planet.

Our goal is to raise $50,000 to create meaningful, measurable impact:
• Support all 78 CF scholarship students with holistic aid (school fees, supplies, mentorship, and leadership training).
• Provide 600 hygiene kits for children at 12 Malagasy schools, improving health and dignity.
• Continue nature connections through field trips, eco-clubs, and science-art-education programs.
• Plant thousands of trees, restoring lemur habitat and building climate resilience.
• Empower women and girls through education, entrepreneurship, and leadership opportunities.
