sense of belonging, or redesigning the SecretPenguin team’s work schedule to increase creativity
and productivity – all while spending less time behind desks, or designing a respectful customer
journey that ensures each person feels invited, welcomed, and happy – an incredible way that
creates word-of-mouth marketing for brands who want long and healthy relationships with their
customers.
