

We are celebrating our 1st birthday at the Heirloom Fine Foods Market and Cafe at Millwork Commons the week of April 7th! Join us for a week full of classes and pop-ups, culminating in our first birthday party on Friday, April 11th.
We will be teaching you about different types of oysters from the East and West Coasts and how to shuck them and serve them with sauces. Then we will introduce you to a few of our favorite caviars. Each oyster and caviar will be paired with champagnes and sparkling wines. A really fun way to impress your friends at your next dinner party!
Class is limited to 10 guests. After class, guests will enjoy a private shopping experience at the market.
