Spaces to Work, Connect, and Unwind

A mix of historic renovation and modern new construction, Millwork Commons is made up of buildings brought to life with intention and creativity.

All Spaces

The Ashton

Built in the 1880s, the Ashton was once the headquarters of a millwork company, and railcars once entered the building to deliver raw materials and pick up finished products. The Dock was truly a dock! After extensive renovations to restore and modernize the building, the Ashton now offers large office spaces, community space, and local food, drinks, and shops.

Dizzy Mule – Coming Soon

Built in 1886, the Disbrow Block buildings housed a millwork operation for nearly 100 years. Starting in 2022, the original brick warehouses are being restored, and new buildings will be added. Now known as the Dizzy Mule in honor of the mules that once inhabited part of the property, this block will offer apartments, restaurants, shops, and office space.
