We’re back for Year 4 of Mindful Mondays! ✨

Join us this May in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month for a three-part sound healing journey curated and led by Andrea Joy of @joybringslight. Each Monday experience is intentionally designed to support holistic wellness, regulate your nervous system, and deepen your connection to yourself — mind, body, and spirit.
