Total Body Conditioning with the YMCA of Greater Omaha

Participants can expect intervals of cardio & strength training to create a fitness training experience. This class will improve participants overall fitness, agility, speed and athleticism in the high intensity class. Modifications can be made for all fitness levels but be prepared to push yourself! No equipment required.

This session will take place outside in the Prairie (1229 Millwork Ave, Omaha NE 68102). In the case of rain or extreme heat, we will move inside to the Dock.
