Simply bring a mat, a water bottle, and show up to enjoy flowing movement with community. Kate is scheduled to instruct on Monday, April 8th & 22nd.
This event is free and open to the public. Enter the main doors, on the North side of the Ashton building. Free parking can be found on the street or in the Mastercraft Parking Lot.
