Perched atop a century-old warehouse at 12th and Nicholas streets, a brightly colored water tower stands out against the blue sky.

A freshly painted ‘M’ on the tower lets visitors know, they’ve arrived in Omaha’s new Millwork Commons area.

A drab Omaha corner just got brighter thanks to a mural project that involved several local artists, three metal shipping containers and a lot of paint.
