The building offers a gym, complimentary coffee, garage parking, and two spacious open-air courtyards with fire pits and grills.

Built in 1886, the Disbrow Block buildings housed a millwork operation for nearly 100 years. Starting in 2022, the original brick warehouses are being restored, and new buildings will be added. Now known as the Dizzy Mule in honor of the mules that once inhabited part of the property, this block will offer apartments, restaurants, shops, and office space.
